Certainly the temperature at which the riders arrived at the Ramp was a point of contention with some team more likely to come with the cooling vests, while others had the old approach of being rugged up in warm clothes.

Left - Mark Renshaw was very relaxed before the start, but switches on before the race and then seems oblivious to everything just before the start;However as always he did a quick final bike check before heading up the ramp.
